Product Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy:
If you purchased a product from us and:
a) It is still sealed, you may exchange for another product and pay the difference if necessary. If the product has a lower price tag you will receive the difference in house credit.
b) It is still sealed, you may receive the full amount in house credit toward alternative treatments or products.
c) It the seal is broken, tampered with or used, you may not return, exchange or receive a refund.
Service Refunds Policy:
We are very confident that patients who receive MedSpa services from Fine Lines MedSpa LLC will have a great result. Consequently, patients who have directly purchased MedSpa services from us (online or in person) and:
a) Have never used the service/treatment you may receive the full amount in house credit toward alternative treatments or products.
b) Have been declined the treatment you may receive the full amount in house credit toward alternative treatments or products.
c) Have received full or partial service/treatment you may not receive a refund.
Appointment Cancellation Policy:
Because of our commitment to providing the best possible experience to our patients, we require a 24 hour advance notice to reschedule or cancel appointments. In the event that you should need to do so, simply call your nearest location to make arrangements. Failure to do so, you will be automatically charged a $50.00 facility fee OR have a session/visit deducted from your treatment package.
